Scanjet Bio 25
The Bio 25 rotary jet head is a hygienic tank cleaning machine providing 360° coverage within tanks or process vessels. It’s self powered by the flow of fluid through the inlet cone of the machine. Any increase of pressure or flow will correspondingly increase the length of the jet and impact on the tank or vessel surfaces.
The Bio 25’s self-washing features that allows itself to be completely covered. As a result it has been certified in rinse validation protocols such a riboflavin rinse validation and yogurt washing trials. the Bio 10 is typically effective where self-washing functionality is required, it’s desirable to lower fluid consumption, and also where hygienic design is important.
The Bio 25 is produced in accordance with the highest quality standards, meeting or exceeding ISO 9001 International Quality Standards and conforming to the cGMP as detailed by the US FDA (Food and Drug Administration), as well as the EHEDG (European Hygienic Equipment Design Group).
