Scanjet 45TW
Scanjet’s SC 45TW is a 2-inch dual-nozzle automated tank cleaning machine constructed out of 316 stainless steel and other high corrosion resistant materials. It has a fixed to moving gear ratio of 47:49 allowing it to produce a homogeneous 360˚ pattern superior to that of any other rotating jet head in its class.
The SC 45TW is an integrated turbine class type of tank cleaning machine and employs an adjustable turbine and flow-through gearbox. The adjustable turbine allows the SC 45TW’s rotation to be adjusted without changing costly stators and/or gearing found in similar cleaning devices.
The SC 45TW is produced in accordance with ISO 9001 quality standards. Additionally, certificates of conformity and accreditation are available on request. Further, the SC 15TW conforms to United States ASME standards for construction. Other standards are available upon request.
