Sawa ZR Gear Pump
The SAWA ZR gear pump is a robust all-rounder for a broad range of industrial (and some food) applications. It is suitable for pumping thin-bodied to viscous media (max. 3000 mPas), such as good lubricating liquids such as oils, fats and molasses. The robust execution of the gear pumps guarantees long life cycles and a small wear of the parts. Delivery heads up to 10 bar can be reached.
Applications:
Foodstuffs for: Glycose, fats, oils, essences, concentrates, etc.
Beverage industry for: Mineral water, syrup, spirits, fruit juices (including fruit pulp), wine, beer, brewer’s yeast, lemon juice, alcohol, liqueur, CIP cleaning, vegetable juices, iced tea, etc.
Chemicals / industry for: Emulsions, oils, chemicals, alkalis, color liquors, resins, caustic agents, heat exchangers up to 350 ° C, acids, caustics, solvents, deionized water, glycol solutions, etc.
